Tours begin daily at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm central time and are for 3 hours.
Please plan for your pickup 30 minutes prior to the tour start time. The 10:00 am tour pick up route starts at 9:30 am. The 2:00 pm tour pick up route starts at 1:30 pm. Reservations are strongly encouraged but not required.
Guests with reservations will have priority over walk-ins.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and must be confirmed by our booking office.

Deposits are refundable if cancellation is at least 24 hours from reserved tour time.
No refunds inside the 24 hours window.
Cancellations policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or malfunctioning equipment, you may opt for a full refund or to schedule for another date.

No-shows will be charged the full price.
